Tips and Reminders Upon Delivery
Before set up we will need few minutes of your time to go over safety rule procedures equipment operation and payment.
Please ensure the setup area is cleared of any sharp objects , wastes , ants etc.
Set up can be done on most surfaces except rocks of any kind .Please ask if unsure.
You will be contacted the day before for set up conformation. Your delivery may be early in order for set up to be completed for your event.
Cancellation for weather or any other reasons, can be rescheduled up until a year. No refunds are given if set up is already done for any reason including weather.
Please let us know if your event will be at a park area. You will have to provide electricity within 50’ or rent a generator for an additional cost.
Please have drivers license , payment and signed rental agreement upon delivery .We cannot set up until we receive these. Please note our driver does not carry change.
